Use of the service

The service is provided to schools and their authorised staff for legitimate school-management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for obtaining any consents required to contact students/parents/staff via WhatsApp, SMS or email.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service to send spam or unlawful content.
• Follow WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable messaging laws.
• Do not attempt to breach security or access data of other schools.

Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, BharatiSoftware.Com is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
