Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of your personal data or your school’s data held in DGERP (dgerp.in) at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to rudalgic@gmail.com from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”.
  3. Include your school name and the account/phone number associated with the data.

What happens next

We verify the request and permanently delete the associated personal data (including any WhatsApp Business Account tokens and message logs stored for your school) within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. We will confirm by email once deletion is complete.
